Community partnership group

Your feedback makes a difference

By partnering with Bolton Clarke, you can share your experiences of our at home support, retirement living or residential aged care services to help us better understand your needs.

The more we know, the better we can help you live your best life.

How does it work?

Community partnership groups allow interested people to come together to share personal experiences, talk about new ideas and solve problems. Some ways you can partner with us are:

  • call, email or write and tell us about your experience and ideas
  • talk to the staff who provide your care and services – they will arrange for someone to contact you about your ideas
  • join us in person for group meetings (current locations include Melbourne and the Gold Coast)
  • have your say in surveys
  • share your ideas about how to improve things for others

Who can join?

Anyone can take part in a community partnership group. These groups offer a friendly atmosphere and the chance to talk about what matters to you and have a say in how services are delivered.

Contact Bolton Clarke for information about how you can be involved. If you need help to travel to a group, the following can be organised:

  • transport
  • an interpreter
  • a support person
  • connection by phone
