Australia's heart of positive ageing

Bolton Clarke has marked a significant milestone integrating its Acacia Living Group, Allity and McKenzie Aged Care operations together.

The move brings the four organisations under one name as Bolton Clarke - Australia’s heart of positive ageing.

It follows a decade of growth and more than a century of transformation for the organisation, now Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit aged care provider supporting more than 130,000 clients and residents in the community and across 88 homes and 38 retirement villages.

Group CEO Stephen Muggleton said it was an important step in one of Australia’s largest integration programs.

“Operating under a single brand allows us to focus on shaping the future of positive ageing, supporting more older Australians with greater options and enhanced care continuity across a national aged care platform,” Mr Muggleton said.

“Together with our group of companies - RDNS Your Choice HomeCare, RDNS New Zealand and Altura Learning - our focus is on supporting more people in more locations with connected care and living options.”
