Appointment of Mr Tony Crawford

Bolton Clarke announced today, the appointment of Mr Tony Crawford as the new Chairman of Bolton Clarke Group.

This follows the retirement of current Chairman Mr Pat McIntosh. Mr McIntosh has reached the tenure set by the Group’s Constitution and steps down from the Board as part of a well-planned succession.

Mr Crawford is an experienced board chair and non-executive director with over 30 years’ experience across a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, health, insurance, legal and sport.

He had an extensive legal career over 30 years at national law firm DLA Phillips Fox including as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board and is currently the Chair of Queensland Country Health Fund, Heart Research Australia, the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW and New South Wales Rugby Union.

Mr McIntosh has played an extraordinary role over the last 12 years and as Chairman, has guided the Group through pivotal moments from the RDNS and RSL Care merger to more recent acquisitions.

Tony Crawford will continue this important work leading the skills-based Board in developing new services that meet the needs of the ageing population as part of an integrated and transformative model for ageing well.
