Everyone’s different, and we all need different things to feel truly at home. Whether you need a hand with some gardening or someone to help you start the day in good shape, we’re here to help.

Our experienced carers will work with you to make sure you enjoy the best possible independence and quality of life. We’ll take the time to understand what’s important to you, and what it is you need to feel comfortable and at ease in your home.

Services

Support services can include:

  • domestic tasks such as ironing, cleaning and washing
  • basic home maintenance (changing light bulbs and batteries)
  • gardening
  • transport to appointments
  • transport to shops and social gatherings
  • social activities and exercise programs
  • personal services (personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming and general mobility.)
  • Pet care assistance
  • Respite care

A history of caring

Bolton Clarke has a rich history of providing quality nursing care to Australians stretching as far back 1885. From humble beginnings with one dedicated nurse visiting homes in Melbourne, today our care and support team carry on this proud legacy by providing expert clinical care, home support and advice seven days a week. Everything we do has a focus on helping you retain or regain health and wellbeing.

Funding options

Bolton Clarke can offer a variety of funding options, depending on your age, circumstances and level of care required.

The main funding options available are:

  • Government funded
    Depending on where you live, you may be eligible for State of Federal funding for support and wellbeing services.Common programs that offer full or partial funding include:

    • Home Care Packages (HCP)
    • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
    • Home & Community Care (HACC)
    • Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)
    • various Department of Veterans’ Affairs programs

Each program has different eligibility criteria and levels of funding available. We can help you sort out which program/s you are eligible and which best suits your needs.

  • Self-funded (fee-for-service)
    If you don’t qualify for Government funding for whatever reason, you can still access Bolton Clarke’s expert in support services for a fee.As costs vary depending on the services required, please talk to us about our fees and payment options.
  • A combination of both
    Some home assistance services may be included as part of your support package. In the event that you are only eligible for partial funding, or require more services than Government funding provides for, you can still access everything you need, and just pay the balance yourself.
