Career Benefits

Salary Packaging

Bolton Clarke employees can salary package and pay for everyday living expenses (such as mortgage, rent and car parking) using your pre-tax income. Depending on individual circumstances and the amount an employee chooses to package, take-home pay can be increased.

Purchased Additional Annual Leave

Employees may be eligible to purchase up to 2 weeks additional annual leave for each 12-month period and pay for this through payroll deductions over a nominated timeframe.
