Design-led boutique village a first for New Farm

Expressions of interest have now opened for Bolton Clarke’s newest boutique retirement living community, The Aurelian by Bolton Clarke at New Farm.

The purpose-built, design-led village is focused on supporting wellbeing and a connected inner-city lifestyle, offering 40 two and three-bedroom independent living apartments in the sought-after riverside suburb.

On-site amenities will include a heated magnesium pool, sauna, steam room and spa, private fitness centre with senior-specific low-impact air-resistance equipment and a movement studio for yoga, pilates and fitness classes.

Shared outdoor spaces include a private rooftop, terrace with kitchen and barbecue area and herb and vegetable garden, while inside a private resident bar and lounge and elegant wine cellar are features.

“With the needs and expectations of residents and clients changing, we identified a growing need for more flexible, independent living options for locals who are looking to age in place while remaining connected to the New Farm lifestyle,” Bolton Clarke Chief Development and Property Officer James Mantis said.

“The Aurelian offers an exceptional lifestyle in one of Brisbane’s most vibrant and walkable communities and with the option to access Bolton Clarke’s on-site in-home health and care services if they’re needed.

“The Aurelian will be a valuable contribution to the neighbourhood, offering residents contemporary independent living apartments with access to the latest onsite recreational amenities.”

The village will be built on the site of Bolton Clarke’s former Treetops home.
