Bolton Clarke named an Employer of Choice 2025
Bolton Clarke has been named an Employer of Choice for the third consecutive year in the Australian Business Awards 2025.
The award recognises organisations and workplaces that maximise the full potential of their workforce through established policies and practices and effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.
Judges considered the organisation's innovative in-house training and education programs, access to best practices through research and clinical expertise, ongoing professional development, wellbeing offerings and dedicated focus on safety.
Recent initiatives include a career carousel offering employees immersive learning, mentoring and career development opportunities. A focus on sustainability priorities has seen integrated action across the organisation, including implementation of a new sustainability e-learning module.
Group Chief Executive Officer Olivier Chretien said being named an Employer of Choice for the third time was particularly significant as the organisation marked its 140th anniversary.
“We are delighted to again be recognised as an Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards 2025,” he said.
“This is recognition of our commitment to supporting the teams who are at the heart of what we do, making a positive difference for clients and residents every day in the community and across our 88 residential aged care homes and 43 retirement villages.”
Bolton Clarke is Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit provider of home care, retirement living and residential aged care services, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
