Pioneers, Longreach, Queensland

Under a wide sky filled with stars and set amid timeless natural landscapes is the outback town of Longreach. Home to the Stockman’s Hall of Fame, the Qantas Founders Museum and Bolton Clarke's Pioneers Community.

Pioneers’ residents are encouraged to take advantage of the indoor and outdoor spaces available for relaxation and socialising. Regular social events and activities include concerts and entertainment, indoor bowls, games,  arts and crafts and movie days.

Relax in air-conditioned comfort, take a dip in the village pool or get involved in the vibrant and friendly community. Our services include respite care; a registered nurse on duty 24 hours; visiting GP and allied health professionals; and a village bus service and outings.

Our menus are changed daily and overseen by a team of award winning chefs,  with each menu rotated every four weeks to make the best of seasonal produce to provide tasty and nutritious meals throughout the day.

Bolton Clarke works with you and your loved ones to help you live well in a safe and friendly environment. That includes access to information and services enabling you to make informed choices about your new home.

Our team is happy to take you for a tour of your new Longreach home, assist you through the application process or tell you more about our Pioneers community.

^Residential aged care places are subject to assessment, availability and payment of entry costs and ongoing fees.
