Surrounded by stunning views of Lake Macquarie and set in a tranquil lakeside parkland, Bolton Point is located on a peninsula jutting into Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lagoon in the Hunter region of NSW. Twice the size of Sydney Harbour, the lake offers a range of water based activities like fishing, boating or simply walk along the shores and meet some of the local nature.
Our Bolton Point community has a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces to rest, read and relax, all set in a natural bushland setting. A range of organised activities includes bingo and games, arts and crafts, cooking classes, poetry readings, music therapy, movie days, happy hour, concerts and regular BBQs, as well as regular faith services.
With taste and nutrition in mind, our award winning team of chefs work on rotating menus which change every four weeks and are driven by fresh seasonal produce across breakfast, a two course lunch, dinner and in between snacks.
Our services include dementia care, a registered nurse on duty 24 hours, visiting GP and other health professionals. We have an onsite hairdresser and a billiards room. Toronto township is nearby for shopping or a visit to the workers club or the local cafes. A range of allied health services are also nearby.
Bolton Clarke works with you and your loved ones to help you live well in a safe and friendly environment. That includes access to information and services enabling you to make informed choices about your new home.
Our team are happy to take you for a tour of your new home, assist you through the application process or tell you more about our Lake Macquarie community.
All residents require an assessment prior to admission to Bolton Point Residential Aged Care.
