Calls are charged at a local call rate*. The telephone interpreter is free of charge to you.

• You will be greeted in your language. You will then be connected to our staff and a telephone interpreter.
• There are different telephone numbers for Arabic, Cantonese, Croation, Greek, Italian, Macedonian, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, and Vietnamese.
• For all other languages call 1300 824 661. An English speaking operator will ask which interpreter you need.
