Growing to support more people in more places

A successful integration program which has expanded connected care and living options is among highlights of Bolton Clarke’s 2023 Year in Review.

The publication includes highlights of a year in which the organisation further strengthened its services as Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit aged care provider, with a commitment to bringing positive ageing solutions to more people in more places.

With RSL Care (Queensland) and the Royal District Nursing Service (Victoria) at its heart, since 2021 the Group has expanded its services welcoming Acacia Living Group, Allity and McKenzie Aged Care.

Bolton Clarke supports more than 130,000 people at home and across its 88 residential care homes and 38 retirement villages.

“One of the most rewarding things about our growth is the enhanced opportunities we now have to work with individual clients and residents tailoring services across the full continuum of care and living options,” Group CEO Stephen Muggleton said in his report.

“Being able to do this has been a key driver behind our vision and strategy.”

The organisation is among only 3 per cent of Australian aged care providers delivering connected care and living options to support clients, residents and communities.
