Treetops community shines a light on diversity

Grace, unison, compassion and harmony. These were some of the words proudly displayed around Bolton Clarke’s Treetops community as staff joined with residents to celebrate Harmony Day on Wednesday 21 March.

With team members from more than 24 cultural backgrounds, the celebration of diversity is always a highlight of the Treetops calendar.

Residential Manager Cherry Le Ray said it’s an important day to be able to celebrate the diverse cultural backgrounds of residents and staff.

“Our team members always make a special effort with traditional dress and a shared meal,” she said.

On the day the community shared a special morning tea, featuring crowd favourites like Bavarian cheesecake.
