Six client/resident stories have been developed as interactive Digital Diversity Stories for use in workforce training and development programs.
Each story has a specific focus: CALD, Aboriginal, LGBTI, Veteran, Wound and Elder Abuse but also presents the multiple diversity characteristics and holistic needs of each client/resident. Diversity stories are an integral part of identifying, understanding and responding to diversity.
The Digital Diversity Stories are used together with the Diversity Conceptual Model to support concept learning for the workforce. This helps Bolton Clarke employees to identify, understand and classify client/resident diversity characteristics which can be critically analysed for connection and disadvantage, and applied to assessment, care planning and service delivery.
Bolton Clarke is here to help you with your retirement, aged and independent living needs. For more information on our services call us or send us an enquiry online.
