CPR & Defibrillation basics

CPR & Defibrillation basics

What’s more important than knowing how to save a life?

In an emergency situation, acting in the first few minutes could mean the difference between life and death. Learn the basics of resuscitation and how to use a defibrillator.

‘CPR & Defibrillation Basics’ is a FREE community information session that will teach you the basics of CPR and defibrillation.

This one hour information session will teach you the basics of resuscitation, as well as show you how to unpack, apply and follow the prompts of a defibrillator. No previous training is necessary. Participants will have the opportunity to try out their new CPR skills on our realistic training mannequin at the end of the session.
